Refund Policy

Our fee covers professional profile preparation and submission work performed on your behalf. Because this work begins as soon as your information is received, refunds are limited.

Eligible

Refunds may be issued if we have not yet started preparation, or if we determine we cannot proceed with your submission for reasons on our side.

Not eligible

Google's decision on whether to display a Knowledge Panel is not grounds for a refund. Approval is never guaranteed.
